Description
У монографії розкрито методологічні засади функціонування освітнього округу як відкритої педагогічної системи, поглиблено теорію моделювання освітнього округу, що ґрунтується на принципах інтеграції та взаємодії. У представлених матеріалах розкрито тенденції функціонування освітніх округів у мережі закладів загальної середньої освіти, визначено методологічні підходи до моделювання нових структур та представлено компонентний аналіз моделі освітнього округу, включаючи організаційний, управлінський, дидактичний, методичний, ціннісний та ін.; розроблено програму реалізації моделі освітнього округу та інші методичні матеріали для практичного використання. Представлено детальний опис варіативних моделей освітніх округів, що упроваджені в педагогічну практику та представлено відповідні результати, що підтверджують їх ефективність.
Наукові теоретичні напрацювання, прикладні розробки, що викладені в монографії адресовані науковцям, керівникам відділів (управлінь) освіти, директорам загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів, практичним педагогам у здійсненні пошуку нових ідей, розробленні теорій, конструюванні моделей i програм спрямованих на поліпшення умов функціонування освітніх округів, закладів загальної середньої освіти у сільській місцевості та їх подальшого розвитку.
The monograph reveals the methodological principles of the functioning of the educational district as an open pedagogical system, and deepens the theory of modeling of the educational district, based on the principles of integration and interaction. The submitted materials reveal the trends in educational districts functioning within the network of secondary education, define methodological approaches to the design of new structures and present the component analysis of the educational district model, including organizational, administrative, didactic, methodical, value, etc .; the program for implementing of the educational district model and other methodological materials for practical use are developed. A detailed description of the variational models of educational districts introduced in pedagogical practice is presented, and relevant results are presented to confirm their effectiveness.
Scientific theoretical developments, applied research, outlined in the monograph is intended for researchers, heads of departments of education, directors of secondary schools, practical teachers for implementing of new ideas, developing theories, designing models and programs aimed at improving of conditions for the functioning of educational districts, institutions of general secondary education in rural areas and their further development.
