The monograph describes the tendencies of the development of transnational higher education in developed English-speaking countries, in particular in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the USA in the second half of the 20th - the beginning of the 21st century. The phenomenon of transnational higher education on the strategic, socio-cultural, political, economic and pedagogical levels is substantiated. A historical and pedagogical analysis of the formation and development of transnational higher education in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the USA has been carried out. The normative-legal principles of functioning and quality assurance of transnational higher education in the developed English-speaking countries are determined. Recommendations on the use of progressive ideas of the development of transnational higher education in Ukraine are given.
