У методичному посібнику проаналізовано теоретичні основи та розкрито особливості формування в учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів готовності до вибору й реалізацій професійної кар’єри, висвітлено шляхи розвитку їх уявлень про професійний успіх. Значної уваги приділено опису форм і методів формування готовності учнів ПТНЗ до вибору й реалізації професійної кар’єри. У посібнику розглянуто особливості саморозвитку майбутніх кваліфікованих фахівців у контексті проблеми формування готовності до планування професійної кар’єри, наведено модель формування готовності учнів ПТНЗ до професійно-особистісного саморозвитку та розвитку професійної кар’єри, методику діагностики саморозвитку учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів. У роботі також розглянуто форми та методи формування соціально-професійної компетентності учнів ПТНЗ та моніторинг її сформованості. Посібник призначений для педагогічних працівників професійно-технічних навчальних закладів, працівників НМЦ ПТО, викладачів і студентів ВНЗ, аспірантів і докторантів. In a methodical manual theoretical bases are analysed and forming features are exposed for the students of vocational educational establishments of readiness to the choice and realization of professional career, the ways of development of their ideas are reflected about professional success. Considerable attention it is spared to description of forms and methods of forming of readiness of students of vocational educational establishments to the choice and realization of professional career.
