Ключовим чинником у контексті збільшення податкового навантаження визначено тіньовий сектор економіки, величину тіньового ПДВ та проаналізовано такі показники. Наведено окремі рекомендації щодо підвищення фіскальної ефективності ПДВ за допомогою мінімізування рівня нелегітимних податкових відносин із обліку, адміністрування ПДВ суб’єктами підприємницької діяльності. (The article summarizes and analyzes the trends of fiscal payments earnings including VAT, comparing with the planned indices ; particular attention was focused on the factors that led to the underfunding of this tax in Ukraine. It was defined the key factor in the context of increasing the tax burden: the informal sector of the economy, the value of the shadow VAT and were analyzed such indices. The article provides specific recommendations for improving the fiscal efficiency of VAT by minimizing the level of illegitimate tax registration and VAT administration by economic entity.) popup.nrat_date 2026-05-01 Close
