На основі узагальнення результатів теоретичних та емпіричних досліджень обґрунтовано концепцію групової взаємодії, що спирається на уявлення про паралельні свідомі і несвідомі процеси групової динаміки, феноменологію архе-типів, групових ритуалів, психологічних захистів тощо. Запропоновано методичний інструментарій регуляції внутрішньогрупової та міжгрупової взаємодії конфліктного характеру, а також долання напруженості, яка при цьому виникає. Особливу увагу приділено рольовій взаємодії та комунікації як виду взаємодіяння, розкрито механізми взаємодії членів групи залежно від їхнього соціально-психологічного статусу в групі. Для науковців-психологів, викладачів психології закладів вищої освіти, студентів, фахівців у галузях соціальної роботи, освіти, управління соціальними процесами та політичного менеджменту. The monograph covers the study of the features of group interaction in groups of different types: educational and psychotherapeutic, homogeneous and heterogeneous according to the gender structure, newly created and long-established, which are stable functioning. Based on the generalization of the results of theoretical and empirical studies, the concept of group interaction based on the idea of ​​paralel conscious and unconscious processes of group dynamics, phenomenology of archetypes, group rituals, psychological defenses, etc. is substantiated. The methodical tool for regulation of intragroup and intergroup interaction of conflict nature, as well as the overcoming of the tension that arises in this case, is proposed. Particular attention is paid to role interaction and communication as a type of interaction, the mechanisms of interaction of members of the group are disclosed depending on their socio-psychological status in the group.
