Підручник «Кримінологія» підготовлений відповідно до навчальних програм Національного університету державної фіскальної служби України і має на меті надати базові знання з даного курсу студентам, курсантам і слухачам, створити їм умови для роздумів над причинами злочинності в Україні. Підручник складається з двох модулів. У першому (Загальна частина) викладено ідеї вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених-кримінологів щодо наукових знань про злочинність, її детермінацію, особу злочинця, кримінологічну віктимологію. Розкрито теорію та практику запобігання злочинності в Україні. У другому (Особлива частина) розглядаються окремі найбільш поширені види злочинності в Україні. Підручник стане у нагоді студентам, курсантам, слухачам, магістрам, викладачам юридичних вищих навчальних закладів, усім, кого цікавлять актуальні питання теорії та практики запобігання злочинності.
The Criminology textbook is prepared in accordance with the educational ones programs of the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and aims to provide basic knowledge of this course to students, cadets and trainees, to create conditions for them to reflect on the causes of crime in Ukraine. The tutorial consists of two modules. The first (General part) presents the ideas of domestic and foreign criminologists on scientific knowledge about crime, its determination, the identity of the offender, criminological victimology. The theory and practice of crime prevention in Ukraine are revealed. The second (Special Part) looks at some of the most common types of crime in Ukraine. The textbook will be useful for students, cadets, students, masters, teachers of law higher education institutions, anyone interested in current issues of crime prevention theory and practice
