The aim of the work is to reveal the problem of the need for highly accurate studies of the electrophysical properties of a MIS structure to improve devices based on them. In the first chapter, the course of charges and the processes at the interface of the dielectric-semiconductor are investigated. In the second, the analysis of the classical method for studying the electrophysical properties of a MIS structure and their experimental determination was carried out. The third section is devoted to the consideration of the effect of surface states on the CV characteristics of the MIS structure, as well as the development of a new method for finding the voltage of flat zones from experimental curves.
