Комунікативний процес є необхідною передумовою становлення, розвитку та функціонування всіх соціальних систем. Саме комунікація забезпечує зв’язок між людьми, робить можливими накопичення, передачу, збагачення соціального досвіду та організацію спільної діяльності. В освітніх закладах перебуває велика кількість дітей із тими чи іншими особливостями, в яких присутні вторинні порушення у пізнавальній діяльності, емоційно-вольовій сфері, у поведінці. Проте, найчастіше у таких дітей спостерігаються порушення соціалізації та комунікації. У посібнику розглянуто теоретико-методологічні підходи з формування та вивчення поведінки і комунікативної сфери дитини. Особливості їх проявів у дітей з особливими освітніми потребами, а також методи формуванні та коректування негативних проявів, які мають практичну актуальність і в освітніх закладах та середовищі сім’ї.
