Розкрито сутність лідерської компетентності педагога та рівні її сформованості. Визначено зміст та структуру моделі розвитку лідерської компетентності педагогічних працівників професійної освіти в системі підвищення кваліфікації. Представлено досвід діяльності Школи лідерів професійної освіти Білоцерківського інституту неперервної професійної освіти як інноваційної моделі розвитку лідерської компетентності освітян. Визначено напрями практичної реалізації розвитку компетентностей та їх певних компонентів. Дослідження виконано в межах НДР «Удосконалення сучасних моделей підвищення кваліфікації педагогів професійної освіти в умовах сталого розвитку» (0121U108611, 2021 р.). The urgency of the development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers of vocational (technical) education institutions in the context of modernization of the educational environment is noted. The essence of the teacher's leadership competence and the levels of its formation are revealed. The content and structure of the model of development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers of vocational education in the system of professional development are determined. The experience of the School of Leaders of Vocational Education of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education as an innovative model for the development of leadership competence of educators is presented. The directions of practical realization of competences development and their certain components are determined.
