Встановлено високу поширеність захворювань тканин пародонта та уражень твердих тканин зубів у працівників, що зазнають тривалого впливу несприятливих чинників виробничого середовища, зокрема формальдегіду та деревинного пилу. Проведено комплексне клінічне, лабораторне та рентгенологічне обстеження. Розроблено та клінічно апробовано патогенетично обґрунтовану схему лікування генералізованого пародонтиту із застосуванням антисептичної композиції ДЕПС, що забезпечує стійке покращення клінічних і лабораторних показників у найближчі та віддалені терміни спостереження. The dissertation research is devoted to the study of dental health status of employees of the primary woodworking industry of Chernivtsi region depending on age and length of service. A high prevalence of periodontal diseases and hard dental tissue lesions was established in workers exposed to adverse occupational factors, particularly formaldehyde and wood dust. Comprehensive clinical, laboratory and radiological examinations were performed. A pathogenetically substantiated treatment regimen for generalized periodontitis using the antiseptic composition DEPS was developed and clinically tested, providing stable improvement of clinical and laboratory indicators in both short-term and long-term follow-up periods. popup.nrat_date 2026-04-23 Close
