Description
Proposed and protected by the patent of Ukraine № 73079 design of a hinged hydraulic seal of vibration-vibration action for the formation of rigid concrete mixtures, which contains a base plate with a void, with a rod vibrator located inside. The base plate is fixed by means of guides with clamps. The device also comprises a movable inertial mass with a vibrating rod in the lower part, which is spring-loaded by a force spring and connected through the inner cavity to the upper part of the movable inertial mass, relative to the upper traverse, which is attached to the lower part of the support plate. Power plunger hydraulic cylinders are installed on the base plate, the plungers of which are installed with the possibility of contact with the support surface of the moving inertial mass. The internal working cavities of the power plunger hydraulic cylinders are hydraulically connected to the drive hydraulic system to which the pulse control valve is connected.
configured to periodically open-close the connection of the pressure hydraulic line of the hydraulic system, and connect it to the drain. The principle of operation of the equipment consists in shock-vibration stimulation of deepening of hollow formers in rigid concrete mix. As a result, the array of concrete mix is simultaneously compacted and voids are formed in it, which are then alternately filled with the subsequent increase of the adjustable formwork.
