Description
Розроблено методику синтезу комплексної сполуки – тетракіс-µ3-(метоксо)(метанол)пентакіс-(ацетилацетонато)(трикупрум(ІІ), ітрій(ІІІ)) метанол ( І ). Запропоновано схему розміщення хімічних зв`язків для даної комплексної сполуки. Розглянуто електричну гібридну інтегральну схему, що складається з трьох біполярних транзисторів з однаковими типами провідності, у ланцюг зворотного позитивного зв`язку якого включений сенсор Холла.
A method for the synthesis of a complex compound - tetrakis-µ3- (methoxo) (methanol) pentakis-
(acetylacetonate) (tricuprum (II), yttrium (III)) methanol (I) has been developed. A layout of chemical bonds for this
complex compound is proposed. An electric hybrid integrated circuit consisting of three bipolar transistors with the
same types of conductivity, in the feedback circuit of which a Hall sensor is included, is considered.
