The manual defines the state of the problem of military-patriotic education of students of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of ideological and worldview confrontation; the constituent components of military-patriotic education of students of senior classes of general secondary education institutions in the conditions of ideological and worldview confrontation are specified; criteria and indicators for determining the levels of military-patriotic upbringing of teenagers and high school students are presented; the methods of military-patriotic education of younger and older teenagers in the process of physical culture and health activities and physical culture and mass work are highlighted; the effectiveness of military-patriotic education of younger and older teenagers in the process of physical culture and health activities and physical culture and mass work is determined;
