It is considered the influence of a state regulator on the dynamics of the non-banking financially – credit institutions, it is installed that the credit institutions play the leading role in the structure of the non-banking financially – credit institutions. It is analized the key indexes of the activity of the credit unions. It is disclosed the modern problems of the functioning of the non-banking financial credit institutions. It is planned the ways of the solutions of the modern problems of the credit institutions in Ukraine.
