Tsenov Academy of Economics Svishtov, Bulgaria Modern condition of the activity of the credit unions on the financial market of Ukraine is analized in the article. It is considered the influence of a state regulator on the dynamics of the non-banking financially – credit institutions, it is installed that the credit institutions play the leading role in the structure of the non-banking financially – credit institutions. It is analized the key indexes of the activity of the credit unions. It is disclosed the modern problems of the functioning of the non-banking financial credit institutions. It is planned the ways of the solutions of the modern problems of the credit institutions in Ukraine.
