Дисертація присвячена покращенню діагностики та прогнозування есенційної артеріальної гіпертензії (ЕАГ) з урахуванням особливостей клінічного перебігу, метаболічно-гормональних розладів, поліморфізму генів ангіотензину II рецептора 1-го типу (AGTR1, 1166A>C, rs5186), ядерного рецептора вітаміну D (VDR, FokI, A/G, rs2228570) та інших супутніх чинників ризику. Вперше розроблено та патогенетично обґрунтовано нові способи прогнозування і діагностики тяжчого перебігу ЕАГ та метаболічних порушень.
The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics and prognosis of essential arterial hypertension (EAH) considering the peculiarities of the clinical course, metabolic and hormonal disorders, angiotensin II type 1 receptor gene polymorphism (AGTR1, 1166A>C, rs5186), nuclear vitamin D receptor (VDR, FokI, A/G, rs2228570) and other associated risk factors. New methods for predicting and diagnosing severe EAН and metabolic disorders were first developed and pathogenetically substantiated.
