It consists of 61 sheets of A4 format and contains 59 illustrations, and 5 tables. The objective of this thesis is the development of the manufacturing process for the "Support" part. In the first chapter, a simulation of the casting process was performed. In the second chapter, the sequence of manufacturing operation was developed. Within this task CNC machines, cutting tools, and cutting conditions were selected. For the two specific manufacturing operations the fixtures were selected, and corresponding setups were developed. Economic calculations were performed for the first manufacturing operation. The graphic part consists of 6 sheets of Al format, as follows: 1. Cast iron : Simulation 2.
