Показано, що смисложиттєві орієнтації та самоактуалізація особистості розгортаються через проблеми сенсу життя й життєтворення особистості, завдяки особистісно-ціннісній регуляції та виступають як провідний чинник її самотворення і самоефективності; відіграють суттєву роль у самоздійсненні особистості. Визначено індивідуально-типологічну та соціально-психологічну специфіку смисложиттєвих орієнтацій і самоактуалізації особистості в управлінській діяльності. Розкрито і операціоналізовано концептуальну модель соціально-психологічних умов й чинників розвитку смисложиттєвих орієнтацій та самоактуалізації особистості в управлінській діяльності, що охоплює самореалізацію в особистісному зростанні (саморозвиток), індивідуальнісну самореалізацію (мобілізація ресурсів), соціальну (взаємостосунки) та екзистенційну (життєреалізування) самореалізацію особистості в управлінській діяльності. Науково обґрунтовано й емпірично перевірено багаторівневу соціальнопсихологічну програму розвитку смисложиттєвих орієнтацій та самоактуалізації особистості в управлінській діяльності, розроблену із залученням системи інноваційних розвивальних впливів і технік активації свідомості. The article reveals the dynamism of socio-psychological constructs of meaningful life orientations and self-actualization of the individual in managerial activities. It is shown that meaningful life orientations and self-actualization of an individual unfold due to the problems of the meaning of life and life creation of an individual, thanks to personal value regulation and act as a leading factor of its selfcreation and self-efficacy; play a significant role in the self-realization of the individual. The individual-typological and social-psychological specifics of meaningful life orientations and self-actualization of the individual in managerial activities are determined. The conceptual model of socio-psychological conditions and factors for the development of meaningful life orientations and self-actualization of an individual in managerial activities is revealed and operationalized, which includes self-realization in personal growth (self-development), individual self-realization (mobilization of resources), social (relationships), and existential (life fulfillment) selfrealization of an individual in management activity. A multi-level socio-psychological program for the development of meaningful life orientations and self-actualization of the individual in managerial activities, developed with the involvement of a system of innovative developmental influences and consciousness activation techniques, has been scientifically substantiated and empirically tested. popup.nrat_date 2026-04-06 Close
