Формулювання практичної навички у вигляді конкретної клінічної проблеми вимагає від студента демонстрації професійної компетенції виявлення патології різних структур нервової системи з використанням відповідних функціональних проб. Конфіденційність, оригінальність та періодичне систематичне оновлення екзаменаційних завдань, а також суворе дотримання екзаменаційного регламенту дозволяють уникнути сумнівів щодо академічної доброчесності учасників навчального процесу та створюють оптимальні умови для оцінювання рівня підготовки майбутніх лікарі з клінічної дисципліни. The regulations for remote final control оn neurology for students of the IV year of medical faculties of the Bogomolets National Medical University provide for a combination of several online tools: computer testing, an oral survey with the solution of situational problems and a demonstration of mastering a practical skill in the Zoom format -conferences (with video recording). The formulation of practical skills in the form of a specific clinical problem requires the student to demonstrate professional competence in detecting the pathology of various structures of the nervous system using appropriate functional tests.
