У дисертації наведено нове теоретичне обґрунтування та узагальнення результатів вперше виконаного дослідження, а також сучасне вирішення актуального науково-практичного завдання внутрішньої медицини покращення ранньої діагностики та прогнозування хронічної хвороби нирок (ХХН), стану солечутливості у хворих на ессенціальну артеріальну гіпертензію (ЕАГ) з урахуванням метаболічних, гуморальних, молекулярно-генетичних предикторів та появи депресивно-тривожних розладів у період воєнного стану. Вперше розроблені, патогенетично обґрунтовані та практично ап- робовані нові способи прогнозування і діагностики ХХН у хворих на первинну АГ, тяжчого її перебігу залежно від чутливості до натрію, метаболічних розладів і алельного стану гена α-аддуцину 1 (ADD1, rs4961). The dissertation presents a new theoretical justification and generalization of the first-ever study results, as well as a modern solution to the current scientific and practical task of internal medicine – improving early diagnosis and prognosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD), salt sensitivity in patients with essential arterial 7 hypertension (EAH), taking into account metabolic, humoral, molecular genetic predictors and the appearance of depressive and anxiety disorders during martial law. For the first time, new methods for predicting and diagnosing CKD in patients with primary hypertension, its severe course depending on sodium sensitivity, metabolic disorders and the allelic state of the α-adducin 1 gene (ADD1, rs4961) have been developed, pathogenetically substantiated and practically tested.. popup.nrat_date 2026-04-23 Close
