Завдання дослідження включали вивчення рівня поінформованості медичних сестер педіатричних відділень щодо клініко-епідеміологічних особливостей захворювання, зумовленого вірусом SARS-CoV-2 та основних положень щодо контролю та профілактики коронавірусної інфекції, оцінку рівня тривожності, депресії та професійного вигорання медичних сестер дитячих відділень, аналіз особливостей їх професійних компетентностей, розробку навчального тренінгу щодо підвищення професійних компетентностей медичних сестер педіатричних відділень інфекційного та неінфекційного профілю та зменшення рівня тривожності та депресії. The present dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of nurses in paediatric departments by conducting an educational and training course to improve professional competencies in the management of children in the context of the pandemic, reducing the level of anxiety, depression and professional burnout. The objectives of the study included the following: firstly, to study the level of awareness of nurses in paediatric departments about the clinical and epidemiological features of the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the main principles of control and prevention of coronavirus infection. The study also involved an assessment of the level of anxiety, depression and professional burnout of nurses in paediatric departments, an analysis of the characteristics of their professional competencies, and the development of an educational and training course to improve the professional competencies of nurses in paediatric infectious diseases departments as well as non- communicable diseases departments.
