UA : Розглянуто і досліджено комплекс питань, що стосуються особливостей легування сталі лужноземельними металами шляхом надання шлаковому розплаву позитивного електричного потенціалу з використанням технології вторинного електротермічного легування і рафінування (ВЕЛР). Встановлено, що збільшення зовнішнього тиску дозволяє значно підвищити ефективність легування стали лужноземельними металами, зокрема кальцієм і магнієм. Виконано дослідження впливу питомого заряду шлаку на оптимальну кількість легуючих матеріалів і їх вартість, кратність шлакової фази, вміст домішок в металі і шлаку.
EN : A set of questions concerning the features of steel alloying with alkaline earth metals by giving the slag melt a positive electric potential using the technology of secondary electrothermal alloying and refining (SEAR) has been considered and investigated. It was found that an increase in external pressure can significantly increase the efficiency of alloying steel with alkaline earth metals, in particular calcium and magnesium. The effect of the specific charge of slag on the optimal amount of alloying materials and their cost, the multiplicity of the slag phase, the content of impurities in the metal and slag have been studied.
