Description
EN : The statistics of injuries, occupational and occupational diseases in blast-furnace shops are analyzed, on its basis, their main causes and operating factors are determined, and the class of working conditions of the furnace is determined. Modern machines for opening and closing the trap and a manipulator for lifting the gutter cover are proposed. To protect workers from thermal radiation, the use of movable heat-reflecting screens is proposed, the required number of alfol layers is calculated. The necessary air exchange for aeration in the warm season in the foundry yard has been determined. An explosion-proof LED lamp SGU01 (VSP4) in a heat-resistant design is proposed to illuminate the foundry and other industrial premises. Measures of protection against electric shock are proposed, protective neutralization and a residual current device that reacts to short-circuit current are calculated. The installation of steam fire extinguishing of the cable tunnel has been calculated. An assessment of the economic efficiency of measures and means for labor protection at the foundry yard of the blast-furnace shop was carried out.
