UA : У роботі розглянуто сутність та особливості логістичних операцій, що функціонують у торговому підприємстві. Проаналізований процес цифрової трансформації логістичних операцій торгового підприємства. Проаналізовано тенденції та перспективи розвитку електронної торгівлі в Україні. Доведено, що електронна торгівля України активно розвивається та має потенціал для розвитку. Розглянуто основні аспекти перепроектування бізнес-процесів торгового підприємства, також описано методи, вимоги та стадії перепроектування бізнес-процесів. Проаналізовано логістичну діяльність торгового підприємства «Метизник». Описано логістичні операції та способи їх реалізації. Розроблено та описані бізнес-процеси торгового підприємства. Проведена оцінка логістичних операцій бізнес-процесів, що протікають на підприємстві. Розроблені рекомендації щодо удосконалення логістичних операцій торгового підприємства в сфері електронної торгівлі.
EN : The work considers the essence and features of logistics operations operating in a trading company. The process of digital transformation of logistics operations of a trading company is analyzed. Trends and prospects of e-commerce development in Ukraine are analyzed. It is proved that e-commerce in Ukraine is actively developing and has the potential for development. The main aspects of redesign of business processes of a trading company are considered, methods, requirements and stages of redesign of business processes are also described. The logistics activity of the trading company "Metiznyk" is analyzed. Logistics operations and methods of their implementation are described. Business processes of a trade enterprise are developed and described. The estimation of logistic operations of business processes proceeding at the enterprise is carried out. Recommendations for improving the logistics operations of a trading company in the field of e-commerce have been developed.
