UA : Розглянуто теоретичні та методичні аспекти побудови сучасних систем управління персоналом підприємства. Проаналізовано проблеми, пов’язані із формуванням та управлінням персоналу бюджетних установ; визначено чинники, які впливають на ефективне функціонування системи управління персоналом. Досліджено основні тенденції формування та розвитку персоналу в бюджетній установі. Визначено напрями вдосконалення системи управління персоналом в бюджетній установі.
EN : Theoretical and methodological aspects of construction of modern personnel management systems of the enterprise are considered. Problems related to the formation and management of staff of budgetary institutions are analyzed; the factors influencing the effective functioning of the personnel management system are determined. The main tendencies of personnel formation and development in the budgetary institution are investigated. The directions of improvement of the personnel management system in the budgetary institution are determined.
