Description
EN : The object of the research is the energy-efficient engineering networks of a
9-story residential building with built-in premises.
The subject of the study is the process of creating energy-efficient heating
and hot water systems in residential buildings
The goal of the project is to develop an energy-efficient heating system and
hot water supply based on an autonomous boiler house.
The research method is a physical modeling method for studying the
parameters of a steam boiler depending on the change in its operating mode.
In summer, the unit capacity of the existing boilers significantly exceeds the
necessary demand for hot water supply. Accordingly, the equipment of the boiler
room, in particular the pumps, has excess capacity. Therefore, the equipment is
operated in inefficient modes. In this connection, the existing boiler, the existing
pumps for the supply of domestic hot water, as well as the tank for the supply of hot
water are being replaced.
