Description
EN : The work sets out the task of improving the technology of complex processing of steel in order to ensure the stability of mechanical properties and improve the quality of rolled metal. A justified selection of simple, reliable and technological options for processing steel in a ladle with inert gas, slag mixture and ligatures with RZM, acceptable for complex processing of steel in large-scale Marteniv production, is presented. The kinetics of metal purging with inert gas in a 300-ton bucket through a gate valve, the kinetics and efficiency of joint treatment of steel with solid slag-forming mixtures and inert gas, the thermodynamics and kinetics of microalloying steels of responsible purpose with ligatures from RZM in a complex with purging with inert gas and treatment with solid slag-forming mixture were studied. The results of the influence of complex processing of steel grades 10ХСНД and 09Г2С on the macrostructure of ingots are given.
