Description
EN : The object of the development is the flow stress of metal bars during hot rolling and theoretical models of its determination. The purpose of the work is to establish the regularities of changes in metal flow stress depending on temperature, speed and degree of deformation during rolling and to determine the most rational models for its theoretical calculation. It is shown that the optimal theoretical model for calculating the metal flow stress, which would be closer to the practical data obtained as a result of the experiment, is the model of V.O. Nikolayeva and L.V. Andreyuk - H.G. Tyulenev, and can be used to predict the average contact pressure and rolling force during hot rolling of the staff.
