UA : Приведено конструкцію та технічну характеристику сучасних агломераційних машин, розглянуто технологічні особливості виробництва агломерату та основні вимоги до якості агломерату, визначено особливості газоочищення та пиловловлювання в агломераційному виробництві. Розглянуто основні матеріали дослідження та приведено методику вдосконалення процесів агломерації при використанні енергозберігаючих засобів. Приведено шляхи удосконалення технології спікання агломерату в умовах ПАТ «Дніпровський металургійний комбінат» та технологічного газоочищення та пиловидалення на аглофабриці.
EN : The design and technical characteristics of modern sintering machines are given, the technological features of sinter production and the basic requirements for the quality of sinter are considered, the features of gas cleaning and dust collection in sinter production are determined. The main materials of the research are considered and the method of improvement of agglomeration processes at use of energy saving means is resulted. Ways to improve the sintering technology of the sinter in terms of PJSC «Dnieper Metallurgical Plant» and technological gas cleaning and dust removal at the sinter plant.
