The master's thesis is a completed research work, which provides a solution to an urgent task - the development of theoretical approaches and practical proposals for improving the mechanisms and tools of regional development management. The research examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the state regional policy, the normative and legal basis of the state regional policy, the analysis of trends and development of Ukraine's regions in the conditions of martial law, the study of the mechanisms and tools of the state regional policy, strategic planning as the main tool for the implementation of the state regional policy, proposals for implementation of a cluster approach to regional development projects.
