The object of the study is the process of regulating the effective motivation of personnel at the enterprise in crisis conditions. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical principles of the effectiveness of motivational systems of personnel management at the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to determine the anti-crisis orientation of motivational systems of personnel management of enterprises.
