Description
EN : Improvement of the Control System of the Two-Tube Steel Melting Unit in Order to Increase the Efficiency of the Use of Energy Carriers in the Conditions of Metallurgical Production
The developed flexible adaptive system based on PLC allows to eliminate manual intervention during operation, as well as to quickly carry out any modification and easier to implement any changes in the future.
The project is ready for production implementation after testing the system and making the necessary changes to the time parameters of the program.
Return on capital investment equals 3.7 - this indicates that the project brings profits that exceed costs. The payback period of capital costs within 1.2 years proves the economic feasibility of creating a SAR with coking gas consumption in the section of the gas pipeline of the Martenivka furnace.
An improved control system for a two-tube steel melting unit for increasing the efficiency of energy use in the conditions of metallurgical production, ready for use in production under the conditions of testing the system and changing the time parameters of the program
