Description
EN : The analysis of existing methods and methods of cleaning process gases of sintering production revealed promising dry schemes for cleaning process gases in electrofilters with partial recirculation of dust-cleaned gases under the shelter of the sinter machine. In the special part, the selection and calculation of all main gas cleaning devices was carried out, the selection and calculation of auxiliary equipment was carried out. An analysis of the main harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment in agglomeration production was carried out and measures were developed to eliminate them. In the economic part, the management structure and organization of work in the shop are described, the cost of cleaning 1000 m3 of gases is calculated, which is UAH 16.48. for the project version. The estimated annual economic effect of the implementation of this scheme is UAH 12.1 million. The payback period for capital expenditures is 2.32 years. Efficiency of capital investments 0.43 hrn/(hrn·year).
