Description
EN : The work sets the task of researching the technological features and developing the technology of smelting the AL10B alloy from secondary aluminum raw materials. The classification is described and the methods of smelting aluminum alloys from secondary aluminum raw materials are analyzed. The processing directions of aluminum products used in construction and transport are analyzed, and the technological features of their melting are described. The calculation of the charge for smelting the AL10B alloy from secondary aluminum raw materials was carried out. The material balance of AL10B alloy smelting was drawn up, the consumption coefficients for raw materials and materials were determined. The design calculation of the rotary short-drum furnace, the calculation of the material balance of fuel combustion and the heat balance of melting of AL10B alloy was carried out. The analysis of harmful and dangerous production factors of the process of primary processing and melting of secondary aluminum raw materials was carried out. Measures have been developed to improve working conditions.
