Description
EN : The work consists of 68 pages, 7 tables, 7 figures and 61 references.
The object of research is the heavy metal content in organs, tissues and forage sources of animals.
The relevance of this work is to determine the degree of accumulation of heavy metals in the tissues and organs of vertebrate animals, which can be used as indicators of environmental pollution by heavy metals.
The main objectives are as follows:
1) Determination of the content of heavy metals in the organs and tissues of ungulates (roe deer and wild boar);
2) Determination of the content of heavy metals in the organs and tissues of carnivorous mammals (red fox and common wolf);
3) Study of the relationship between the presence of heavy metals in the organs and tissues of ungulates and their presence in food sources.
The goal is to investigate the accumulation of harmful substances, such as heavy metals, in animal bodies, using the most optimal research methods.
Research methods: samples for analysis were selected, stored and processed by dry mineralization and atomic absorption methods.
