Description
UA : Квалiфiкацiйна робота: 107 с., 3 роздiли, 38 табл., 15 рис., 3 додатка, 82 джерела.
̶ діючий механізм облікової політики підприємства в частині формування графіка документообігу з обліку руху запасів, що дозволить отримати інформацію про операції з руху запасів в розрізі інформаційних запитів управлінської системи;
̶ аналітичний облік виробничих запасів з урахуванням специфіки виробництва на підставі використання додаткових аналітичних субрахунків з метою оптимізації отримання бухгалтерської інформації про використання запасів в процесі виробництва;
̶ сутність поняття «виробничі запаси», як запаси (тобто матеріальні оборотні активи), які підприємство утримує з метою подальшого разового споживання (що призведе до зміни їх натурально-речової форми) в процесі виробництва продукції (робіт, послуг), утримання обладнання, організації процесів управління та збуту продукції (товарів);
̶ детальна система аналізу виробничих запасів, яка складається з таких етапів, як: аналіз забезпеченості, структури та динаміки, ефективності використання та обґрунтування заходів оптимізації;

The object of research is the process of accounting and methods of analysis of production stocks, which include material assets that are in the warehouse in Zaporizhzhia Hlebozavod № 5 ALC and are used in the production process.
The purpose of this qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the accounting of production stocks, as well as to analyse the production stocks in Zaporizhzhia Hlebozavod № 5 ALC in order to formulate proposals for improving the efficiency of the enterprise and strengthening its financial condition.
Research methods: systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. In the course of the study, general scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, terminological analysis, comparison and theoretical generalisation, methods of cause and effect and abstract logical method, methods of economic analysis.
In the course of the study, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterised by scientific novelty:
– the current mechanism of accounting policy has been improved:
– the existing mechanism of the enterprise's accounting policy in terms of forming a schedule of document flow for accounting for inventory movement, which will allow obtaining information on inventory movement operations in the context of information requests of the management system;
– analytical accounting of production inventories taking into account the specifics of production through the use of additional analytical subaccounts in order to optimise the receipt of accounting information on the use of inventories in the production process;
– accounting policy by expanding it with a clause on inventory valuation at the balance sheet date.
were further developed:
– the essence of the concept of «production stocks» as stocks (i.e., tangible current assets) held by an enterprise for the purpose of further one-time consumption (which will lead to a change in their physical form) in the process of production of products (works, services), maintenance of equipment, organisation of management and sales of products (goods);
– a detailed system for analysing production stocks, which consists of the following stages: analysis of availability, structure and dynamics, efficiency of use and justification of optimisation measures;
– an approach to analysing the use of production stocks through ABC and XYZ analyses in order to reduce the cost of stocks storage, and the introduction of a JIT system for similar purposes.
The practical application of the recommendations proposed by the author will improve the accounting and analytical support for the management of production inventories in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise and strengthen its financial condition. The obtained results of the study are aimed at improving the accounting and analytical support for management of production stocks, which will ultimately contribute to improving the efficiency of enterprise and strengthening its financial condition.
