Description
- тлумачення економічної категорії «виробничі запаси» сільськогосподарського підприємства;
- системи оптимізації обміну інформацією в межах підприємства;
- аналітичний інструментарій оптимізації забезпеченості та використання запасів на підприємстві;
- процес оцінки забезпечення виробництва сировиною та матеріалами в асортименті, обсягах і термінах;
- механізм визначення потреб виробництва в конкретних видах ресурсів і встановлення їх пріоритетності;
- механізм реалізації програми поставок шляхом моніторингу запланованих результатів і порівняння їх з фактичними, з метою виявлення причин відхилень;

Research methods: a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. During the research, general scientific methods of cognition were used: historical method, methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis, theoretical generalization and comparison; methods of cause-and-effect relationship and abstract -logical method, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, concretization of data, factual and documentary verification, comparison, statistical and analytical calculations.
In the process of researching the accounting and analytical support for management decision-making regarding production stocks of a rural enterprise, general scientific and specific methods were applied: methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, system and complex analysis, economic modeling, methods of grouping and comparison, graphic method, balance method and method of absolute differences, method of comparison.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solution of a complex of issues related to the improvement of accounting and the improvement of the efficiency of inventory control. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterized by scientific novelty: scientific and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for accounting and analytical support for the management of stocks of an agricultural enterprise were developed, clarified and supplemented.
acquired further development:
- interpretation of the economic category "production stocks" of an agricultural enterprise;
- information exchange optimization systems within the enterprise;
- analytical tools for optimization of supply and use of stocks at the enterprise;
- the process of assessing the provision of production with raw materials and materials in the assortment, volumes and terms;
- a mechanism for determining production needs in specific types of resources and establishing their priority;
- the delivery program implementation mechanism by monitoring the planned results and comparing them with the actual ones, in order to identify the causes of deviations;
