The purpose of this study is to analyze the organization of basic services in the Bavovna hotel and assess their effectiveness in terms of customer satisfaction and achieving the hotel's business goals. The first section of the study examines the theoretical aspects of organizing basic services in modern hotels and restaurants. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the organization of basic services in the Bavovna hotel.
