В якості останніх пропонуються протеолітичний фермент, що є у рослин сімейства бромелієвих, зокрема ананасу. Особливості будови та взаємодії цих сполук зі структурними елементами сполучної тканини забезпечують необхідний косметичний ефект від застосування сироваток, до склада яких вони входять: міцність, еластичність, пружність та гладкість шкіри. Розроблено блок-схему отримання косметичних засобів з використанням пептидів і певних видів технологічного обладнання. Визначено методи та засоби контролю на всіх етапах виробництва: контроль сировини (на прикладі задіяних у роботі пептидів як обʹєкта дослідження) – контроль процесів біосинтезу та виготовлення цільового продукту – контрольсамого цільового продукту (косметичних кремів). Результати дослідження розширюють існуючі уявлення про отримання косметичних засобів, оновлюють їх асортимент з наголосом на випуск сучасної, більш ефективної продукції, тобто спрямовані на розвиток парфумерно-косметичної промисловості і, як наслідок, зміцнення здоров’я людини.
