Дослідження проведено на прикладі ТОВ «АТБ Маркет». Проаналізовано ринок збуту та інноваційні стратегії діяльності підприємства. Проведено товарознавчу експертизу якості фітнес-батончиків, які реалізує підприємство за органолептичними та фізико-хімічними показниками. Проведено SWOT-аналіз та PEST-аналіз підприємства «АТБ Маркет». Визначено основні бізнес-процеси «АТБ-Маркет» та згруповано чинники рівня інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Визначено ступінь упровадження інновацій в бізнес-процеси підприємства. Запропоновано заходи щодо стратегії інноваційного розвитку компанії. The paper considers the process of food quality management through the evaluation of business processes and the introduction of innovative solutions in the activities of the enterprise. The study is carried out on the example of ATB-Market LLC. The sales market and innovative strategies of the enterprise are analyzed. A commodity expert examination of the quality of fitness bars sold by the enterprise in terms of organoleptic and physicochemical indicators is carried out. The SWOT analysis and PEST-analysis of the enterprise “ATB-Market” are carried out. The main business processes of “ATB-Market” are defined and the factors of the level of innovative development of enterprise are grouped. The degree of implementation of innovations in the business processes of enterprise is determined.
