Description
Основною метою роботи є використання проєктного підходу до управління
розвитком бізнесу малого підприємства за рахунок впровадження
інноваційного проекту контролю енергоспоживання на малих підприємствах
машинобудівної галузі.
Об’єктом роботи є підприємства, що імплементують інноваційні проекти.
Предметом роботи є процеси імплементації інноваційних проектів зі збереження
електроенергії на малих підприємствах.
Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у доповненні теоретичних,
практичних складових систем управління інноваціями на машинобудівних
підприємствах при імплементації технологій прогнозування при споживанні
електроенергії.
У кваліфікаційній роботі:
У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи впровадження інноваційних
проектів на машинобудівних підприємствах.
У другому розділі розглянута практика впровадження управління
інноваційними проєктами з використанням системи прогнозування на
машинобудівних підприємствах.
У висновках та пропозиціях запропоновані рекомендації для підприємств по
імплементації інноваційних проектів на підприємствах машинобудування.
The main purpose of the work is to use a project-based approach to managing the
development of small business through the implementation of an innovative project
to control energy consumption at small enterprises in the machine-building industry.

The scientific novelty of the results of the work is to supplement the theoretical and
