UA : Розраховано і сконструйовано монолітний ростверк, визначено навантаження на палі, їхню несучу здатність і кількість. Проаналізовані основні технологічні процеси, що входять до комплексу робіт по зведенню будівель і основних типів опалубних систем, які застосовуються при будівництві каркасно-монолітних будівель. Виконано техніко-економічне обґрунтування методів виконання робіт, обґрунтування календарного графіка основних та підготовчих робіт з урахуванням потреби у робочій силі, машин і механізмів, матеріальних ресурсах, транспортних засобах. Сформовано систему вимог, яким має відповідати організаційно-технологічна модель будівельного об'єкта, яка докладно розглянуто при обґрунтуванні організаційно-технологічних рішень зведення багатоповерхового житлового будинку з використанням монолітно-каркасної технології.
EN : A monolithic grillage was calculated and designed, and the load on piles, their bearing capacity and number were determined. The main technological processes included in the complex of works on the construction of buildings and the main types of formwork systems used in the construction of frame-monolithic buildings are analyzed. A feasibility study of the methods of work performance, justification of the schedule of the main and preparatory works, taking into account the need for labor, machinery and mechanisms, material resources, and vehicles, is carried out. A system of requirements has been formed that must be met by the organizational and technological model of a construction facility, which is considered in detail when substantiating organizational and technological solutions for the construction of a multi-storey residential building using monolithic frame technology.
