Description
EN : To improve the tension control system, a two-zone system was chosen, which allows speed control by adjusting the flux and armature current of the motor.
With the help of the MATLAB package in the Simulink package, the simulation of the automatic control system with correction of the EMF regulator signal was carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the adjusted system provides less overshoot and corresponds to the original data, satisfying the requirements for the initial parameters. The transition time also corresponds to the initial conditions. The microprocessor control system for the electric drive of the winder was implemented on the basis of the programmable microprocessor control system of the thyristor DC converter of the SIMOREG 6RA70 series of the SIEMENS company using the programmable controller of the general control system of the unit of the SIMATIC S7-300 series.
Software was also developed for the automated control system in the STEP7 software environment, which provides an opportunity to quickly adjust the system to production conditions and implement changes in the future. The ACS TP operator panel simplifies the operation process and allows you to avoid manual intervention.
