Description
EN : The work sets the task of developing and selecting the optimal technology for blowing metal melts with inert gases. The analysis of technological aspects of blowing metal melts with gases is presented, the influence of out-of-furnace metal processing on the averaging of temperature and chemical composition of the metal in the volume of the ladle is presented, the influence of the choice of inert gas for blowing the quality of the metal is analyzed; the material balance of melting steel grade 09Г2C in a two-bath steelmaking unit is calculated; the processes of blowing steel in the ladle and in the furnace are investigated; the main harmful factors of work in the open-hearth shop are considered and the calculation of the open-hearth furnace screen to protect workers in the furnace passage from thermal radiation is performed.
