Description

EN : The task of the work is to perform an analysis of theoretical and experimental studies of shape change during volume stamping and extrusion of cylindrical "glass" type blanks, taking into account deformation anisotropy, strengthening, deformation rate and temperature effect, forecasting the formation of weights, stagnant zones and the destruction of the blank. An analysis of the problems of shape change during volume stamping in open and closed dies and extrusion of cylindrical blanks of the "glass" type was performed. The formation schemes of the stagnant zone and the zone of difficult deformation under the face of the punch and their influence on the process indicators are considered. An algorithm for determining the possibility of formation of a stagnant zone and its dimensions is given. A calculation model is given that allows you to describe the process of formation of weight when squeezing a glass. The principles and sequence of predicting the destruction of the workpiece are considered, which makes it possible to calculate the transitions that ensure the change of shape of the workpiece without the formation of cracks.
