Description
EN : The paper explores the theoretical foundations of modeling a commercial enterprise management system using artificial intelligence. The essence and advantages of using artificial intelligence in the process of managing commercial companies are analyzed and key aspects of integrating artificial intelligence technology into management systems are considered. Based on the analysis of modern approaches to automation and optimization of business processes, the main principles and algorithms for modeling management systems using artificial intelligence are highlighted. The possibility of using artificial intelligence for forecasting demand,
optimizing the assortment and managing supply chains at commercial enterprises
is investigated. The stage of implementing a trading enterprise management system using artificial intelligence is analyzed, including data collection, model training, integration with existing information systems and the implementation of new process automation algorithms. An analysis of the implementation of artificial intelligence at trading enterprises was conducted, which allowed determining the economic and
operational benefits of process automation. A conceptual model of a trading enterprise management system using artificial intelligence was developed, which allows the enterprise to achieve a qualitatively new level of competitiveness.
