Description
EN : The features of the methanol production process are described, the level of automation is assessed, and the tasks for designing a control system are defined. In the special part, a functional automation scheme is developed, technical means are selected, and calculations are performed. The basic electrical circuit, the basic electrical power supply circuit, the assembly switching circuit, the external connection circuit are calculated, and the KVPia shield is designed. The calculation of technical means of automation is performed. In the labor protection section, an analysis of dangerous and harmful factors in the methanol production area is performed, and measures are developed to prevent them. An analysis of labor safety and calculations of the project's economic efficiency are also performed, including the required number of personnel.
