Development and implementation of effective elements and systems for radio astronomical observations, as well as the study of factors that affect the excellence of radio astronomical observations, in order to develop methods that will allow greater sensitivity and accuracy to find the energy, space, spectral and polarization characteristics of cosmic radio radiation on existing radio telescopes and those under construction. First of all, the work will be aimed at improving the characteristics and capabilities of Ukrainian radio telescopes (UTR-2, URAN-1-4, GURT and RT-32). But a significant number of the results that are planned to be obtained can be used on other radio astronomical instruments (NenuFar, LOFAR, SKA and others).
