To develop and optimize adequate pathogenetically based programs of drug and non-drug correction in the clinic of internal diseases and the practice of a family doctor, taking into account comorbid conditions, based on the study of the main predictors of their development (in particular, the study of metabolic disorders, changes in the parameters of immune protection, lipid peroxidation, endogenous intoxication and functional activity of internal organs and the musculoskeletal system, disturbances of the diastolic function of the myocardium of the left ventricle and variability of the heart rhythm, stiffness of the arterial wall, changes in the daily profile of blood pressure and ECG, the level of diagnostic and prognostic markers of heart failure), analysis of early diagnostic methods and development of differentiated algorithms prevention and comprehensive treatment.
