implementation of open science" is based on a comparative analysis of legislation and practice regarding
of open science in the EU and Ukraine to gain new knowledge about the compliance of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU
on issues of open science; on the basis of the analysis of the normative acts of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, determine the acts to which amendments and additions should be developed regarding the implementation of open science, as well as which new acts
must be developed; identify issues of open science development that need
regulatory and legal settlement and prepare proposals for organizational and legal measures
of the development of open science at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
